Universal Photo Timer Kit - Standard (UPT_KIT1B)

This timer provides you with full programmable photographic timer functions (with built-in infrared camera control), flash and camera trigger, flash slave unit and strobe controller.

External sensors and other accessories connect using a 2.5mm plug. They include such sensors as the optical sensor, standard or high sensitivity microphone, motion sensor, shutter interface cable, infrared extension cable (sold separately).

The unit requires a 3.5mm plug to PC flash sync cord and/or hot shoe adapter for some functions. This adapter is an off the shelf accessory and can be purchased separately from a number of photography stores or from us. You will also require your own electronic flash unit (not included) for flash trigger and flash slave functions.

When you purchase a Universal Photo Timer Kit you will receive the Universal Photo Timer (the timer itself), 50+ page User Guide that includes a quick start guide (electronic download), sample projects, detailed descriptions of menus and specifications including connections for flash and sensors.

The unit requires a 9V battery (not included). Microphone is not included with the kit.

Universal Photo Timer Kit - Solenoid and Valve Controller (UPT_KIT1C)

If you need to control timing of solenoids or valves; this is the kit for you.

This kit offers most of the features of UPT_KIT1B plus solenoid and valve controller functions. The timer has been optimized to provide two completely independent outputs. You can control time delay and duration of each the outputs. The timer provides additional flash and camera control.

The timer contains two 3.5mm plugs that can be used to control either one or two flash units, one or two solenoid/valves or a combination of solenoid and flash. For example, you can operate a water valve on one output and activate a flash through the second output.

Solenoid Interface Board and Water Valve Kit (UPT_VALVE_KIT1/2)

You can automate umbrella drops or operate custom solenoids by using UPT_VALVE_KIT1 or UPT_VALVE_KIT2 and UPT_KIT1C. We supply you with a water valve, water tubes and timer cable as part of the kit. Requires UPT_KIT1C (sold separately).

UPT_VALVE_KIT1 is Solenoid Interface Board and Water Valve Kit, includes North American 12VAC, 1A wall mount transformer, for use with UPT_KIT1C, one output.

UPT_VALVE_KIT2 is Solenoid Interface Board and Water Valve Kit, (transformer not is included), for use with UPT_KIT1C, one output. You can use your own wall mount transformer 12-16V AC or 15 to 20VDC, 500mA min (5.5mm OD, 2.1mm ID plug, any polarity).
